We stumbled on this cafe and couldn’t be happier we did! The shop had a great vibe, everyone behind the counter was so kind, the food was delicious, and the coffee was out of this world. We will definitely be back every time we visit Richmond!

Cool little spot, good bagel sandwich, and a beautiful family helping out inside! They were extremely friendly and apologetic for the wait (which was absolutely not a problem; good things take time). I’ll definitely be back to try other things!

Brewer's Cafe quickly became one of my go-to spots, not only because of its close proximity to my house, but mainly because of the amazing people who own it and their delicious food and coffee. The owners of this cafe are so genuine and really get to know you when you stop in. I loved seeing their kids helping them out by bringing in groceries or taking orders. It reminded me of when I worked in my family's coffee shop as a little girl. I truly appreciate a small, family run business and they do such a wonderful job.

Brews & Bagels! Brewer’s Café in RVA was a welcome side trip! Who is Brewer you ask? From Stock markets to Organic Fair Trade Coffee! Ajay Brewer left DC, opened a coffee cafe & partnered with Red Rooster Coffee Roaster out of Floyd, Virginia, to bag organically sourced beans that are bold, complex, and always ethically and sustainably grown. These fabulous beans transform into an uncompromisingly good cup of coffee - EVERY time.

I traveled from GA and needed a spot to get some work done . I personally loved it here . It's family owned and felt like home. It feels like I'm hanging out in my families living room. Very down to earth and family oriented and community based place. I love how everyone lived close to the cafe and greeted one another like family as well. Food and my latte was good and I appreciated that they had plant based options. If I'm ever in town again I'll def be back.
